The best thing to do is to contact your insurance company and do an add on to your policy for your rings. They will require a copy of your appraisal of the rings so they know how much the rings are valued at the time of purchase if they are lost or stolen. Check with your insurance company on policies and procedures when adding jewelry on to your policy. If you don't have homeowner's insurance, check with an insurance agent for a quote on a jewelry policy.
In the event that they are lost or stolen, you will be able to simple contact the insurance company and file a claim.
